How much does BookMobile cost?
BookMobile is $29 per month for the Starter plan (booking, calendar, SMS reminders, customer self-service rescheduling) and $49 per month for Pro (everything in Starter plus the Send Payment Link button so you can charge customers via secure Stripe links). Starter includes a 7-day trial (card required, first charge on day 8); Pro starts today. Cancel anytime.
How do I create a listing for my business?
Two minutes. Sign up with your email, enter your business name (which becomes your booking link, e.g., bookmobile.app/book/your-business), add your services with names and prices, and you’re live. No design work, no separate website needed.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. BookMobile only charges the flat monthly subscription. When customers pay you via Send Payment Link (Pro plan), you keep 100% minus Stripe’s standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). BookMobile takes zero percent of your bookings or payments.
How much more revenue can BookMobile add?
BookMobile is designed to help in three ways: (1) 24/7 online booking captures appointments outside your phone hours, (2) automatic SMS and email reminders help cut down on no-shows, and (3) Send Payment Link makes it easy to collect payment so fewer invoices go unpaid. How do I get paid?
On Pro, you click “Send Payment Link” on any booking. Your customer gets a secure Stripe link via SMS and email; they tap, they pay. Funds deposit to your bank account in 1–2 business days. You decide when to send — before service (deposit), during, or after. BookMobile never sees your bank details; Stripe handles all of it.
Do I need a business website?
No. Your BookMobile booking page IS your website — operators put the link in their Google Business Profile, Instagram bio, business cards, and SMS replies. When you set up Stripe to accept payments, you can also use your booking page URL as your business website during Stripe’s onboarding.
How do customers find my booking page?
You share the link wherever your customers already find you: Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram bio, your text message signature, business cards, even a sticker on your truck. Each share = a 24/7 booking funnel. BookMobile.app itself is for operators; customers come via your direct link.
Can customers reschedule or cancel themselves?
Yes. Every booking confirmation includes a self-serve manage link — customers can reschedule or cancel without calling you. You get notified of changes automatically and your calendar updates in real time.

To book a service (cleaning, detailing, HVAC, mobile mechanic, pet grooming, etc.), your service provider gives you their personal booking link in the form bookmobile.app/book/their-business-name. Ask them for that link directly — every operator has their own.
